Apperently I am not the only one who is worried and disapptioned by the de delivery time.
I order a BionX P 500 DX and when I made the order more than 10 days ago, the website announces that shipping takes place with 1 to 3 days. More than 10 days no sign of shipping.

Leider muss ich mich auch über die Angaben der Lieferzeit im Shop beschweren. In der Artikelbeschreibung (Art.Nr.:11WLEALDI2013) wird eine Lieferzeit von 3-5 Tagen angegeben (steht da jetzt noch), aber nach Rückfrage am Telefon sind es dann realistische 10-14 Tage. Bitte versteht doch, der Kunde will immer die gekaufte Ware so schnell wie möglich haben. Wenn dann aber die Wartezeit mehr als verdoppelt wird, kann der Kunde schon mal sauer werden. Also warum nicht sofort die realistische Lieferzeit angeben - dann ist doch auch keiner sauer, oder?

unfortunately we had a different wheel size of your kit in stock and had to relace it into the right wheel size.
Our machanics are finished now. It took a bit longer than normal, as two of our mechanics were sick for a few days. But your kit will ship by DHL today.
I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
